THE MLRP 6.0 UPDATE LIST
Releasing August 1st, 2023
Let's cover what's coming to MLRP 6.0, an update we are very excited to relese to the community. We will break it down by category, and by date since this list will have a lot added on to it as we get closer to the release date.
Much more coming, this is just the start. Also, do not get overwhelmed by all the new stuff, rest assured, we will have an all-new Documents and Guides system page that is very easy to follow with numerous video and text guides.
MLRP 6.0 UPDATE LOG - 2nd RELEASE
Heists
5 Brand New Heists are now in for MLRP 6.0. These heists will be extremely challenging to escape from, however, they are the most lucrative heists in the history of Major League Roleplay, some of which can net you upwards of $300,000 (combined money and items). These heists are best done with your gang or with a friend, they will be almost impossible to pull off alone and will require some planning as far as escaping from the police, these heists include

Bobcat Security Money and Gold Vault Heist
LEO Updates
An established new Department for Alamo Police Department in Grapeseed. APD will no longer share stations with BCSO in County AOP
Los Santos Police Department brand new mPower pack generously provided to MLRP by Ripple Development
Brand new In-Game radio to be used while patrolling with a special and easy way to switch to pursuit frequency if need to be
New implementation as far as Time Served and Hold Time for LEOs (This is internal and will be discussed in the LEO Team Meeting taking place)
Sub-Divisions will now be exclusive to each Department (4 to BCSO and 4 to LSPD/APD)
New Robable Locations
To start off, all current Robbery rewards have been tripled than before and are now more lucrative than ever. In the past, we felt like the reward was not worth the risk, but now more than ever it is.
24/7 Store in Rons Oil Paleto Bay is now robbable
Yellow Jack in Sandy Shores is now Robbable
Pharmacy Store in both Los Santos and Paleto Bay is now Robbale
CIV Clothing
Numerous new custom to MLRP CIV Clothing is in now which includes new hats, basketball jerseys, beanies, gloves, and more
Past CIV Clothes that needed some work as far as quality has been redone
Certain CIV clothes have been removed due to poor optimization
New Interiors
As part of the massive overhaul of organizing shops and categories within the shops, YouTools interiors has been added and it will host two shopping points in one. The first one is the furniture store, the second is the hardware store
A pharmacy location has now been added in Paleto Bay, combining medication and first aid item shops into two. (First one is Vespucci), both of which are blipped on the map.
Cellphone/Electronic store has been added in Grapeseed (No interior for this because I could not find a suitable one), however, the clerk can be found on Main St.
New Items/Equipment for Sub-Divisions
GTF/DTF division can now enable your car with a hidden GPS tracker on your vehicle if a Surveillance Warrant has been issued. This tracker will show the police your location at all times. You can buy the 'Bug Detector' from the electronic shop to scan your car for any trackers and you can buy a 'Wire Cutter' from the Hardware to store to remove the tracker.
Ankle Monitors are now in as well, similar to a GPS tracker, the ankle monitor will monitor your player's moves at all times. Ankle Monitors will need a special type of circumstance and special approval from a judge before being placed on suspects/former inmates.
MLRP 6.0 UPDATE LOG - 1st RELEASE
Framework
Updated to the latest FiveM server artifacts
Updates all 112 QBCore scripts that we use (includes added performance for Phone, Inventory, and loading script)
Updates to all 43 Standalone scripts that we use
Updates to TxAdmin
Clothes and Vehicle crunching to all the new items added to boost server performance
Updates to the custom MLRP Scripts made by our Devs to boost server performance
Full use of the Target Eye system is now server wide
Shops
Organization of shops including the separation of items. For example, anything electronic is now housed in its own electronic store, and anything alcoholic is now split in a liquor store
Pinger has now been added to be bought from Digital Den. Pinger allows our players to give a precise location to each other via the messaging app on their phone
The amount of items that can be bought has increased in the Black Market, Robbery Items Markets, and the Drug Items Market
Weapon attachments are now added in the Black Market Shop and Ammuniation
Vehicle Shop is now split into three categories, Normal, ATV, and Super Luxury. For purchase of Offroad vehicles (ATVs) it is now in its own dealership in Sandy Shores (new building), the usual GTA 5 and affordable Add-On cars are located in the dealership in Central Los Santos and in Paleto Bay, and Expensive Luxury add-on cars is now located in its own location ('Luxury Dealer' in Vespucci)
Air Shop has now been created. Players are able to own three different types: Private Jets, Commercial Jets (only to be used with the new Major Airways Job), and Helicopters. All prices have been adjusted, and the location has been set inside of a hanger at LSIA
Boat Shop has now been created. Players are able to buy boats and jet skis from two Boat Shop locations, one located in West Los Santos and one located in Paleto Bay
Criminal Enterprises
Vehicle Scrapping (also known as Chop Shop) has been fully created to work with the Crafting system (read more about the crafting system below)
Air Conditioner Scrapping is now available. Players will need to utilize both Vehicle Scrapping and Air Conditioner scrapping to get different items needed to process some craftable items
'Wholesale Drug selling' has now been added. Players now have the option to either 'Street Sell' or 'Wholesale Sell' their drugs, both with their pros and cons and it is up to the player to decide which route they'd like to take
Updates to the Gang Script including emphasis on money protection (adding more locations for money protection), and a slower decay of territory control
As stated above, new Black Market Weapons have been added, as well as the ability to buy attachments in the Black Market.
The Weapon Black Market location has been changed (not blipped), and now there are four (4) locations instead of two. Location hint: East Los Santos, South Los Santos, Central County, and Northern County
Money Washing is now available in two locations (one in the city and one in the county)
Crafting System
Complete rework of the crafting system in MLRP. Players have no more options than ever to craft weapons, weapon attachments, tuner laptops, and nitrous (which is a new item added to the server)
Complete rework to the materials required to craft materials (materials can be gathered from either Vehicle Scrapping or Air Conditioner Scrapping
Vehicle-Related News
Over 25 new vehicles were added totaling our highly optimized CIV vehicles to over 150. You guys asked for it, we heard you. Cars vary from regular cars (such as a GMC Sierra, Tesla, to a Bugatti Veron, you get the idea)
Also, you guys asked for it, The Jarmy Commander delivers. Custom Engine Sounds is now a thing. NOTE: previously released vehicles will be adjusted at a later date, new engine sounds are going to be added to the newer vehicles right now before we circle back to the older released vehicles.
Handling on previously released vehicles has been adjusted
LEO Updates
To start off, let's get the elephant out of the room. A lot of you have asked if we are planning on doing this. Yes, we are going back to Minnesota State LEO Departments only. The only exception/difference that is not yet official is Los Santos Police Department might be based off of the Minneapolis PD instead of St. Paul PD. Regardless, our FD and LEO teams will revert back to MN based. We feel that MN Departments and the original Departments we've had fit more our unique identity and culture of MLRP Policing.
Mugshots, Fines, and Jailing can now be automatically done through the MDT system. No more having to use a Discord Webhook for this.
An evidence Camera that prints out the actual photo to your inventory has been added.
All new Duty Belts, Body Cams, Radios, and Holster has been added.
Vespucci Police Department added, and it will server as the main headquarters for Los Santos Police Department.
New CIV Jobs
An exclusive whitelisted CIV Job has been added. Major Airways. You can fly on NPC passenger or Cargo missions, or fly players from airport to airport.
Landscaping job has been added.
UberEats job has been added. A highly interactive job that allows you to deliver food from restaurants to customers homes.
Lumberjack Job has been configured with new locations that include county and city jobs.
